Dual-qualified (FCA, ICAP · FCCA, ACCA UK) C-suite executive with 22+ years of senior finance experience as CEO and Group CFO.

CFO leadership across financing, project finance, M&A and complex project-based businesses. He has led finance across energy, infrastructure and industrial groups, and today advises boards and financial institutions on corporate strategy, capital structuring, transactions and business transformation.

Tahir Hussain

Co-founder & COO

CFO in real estate development and group startup ventures who builds finance functions from the ground up for real estate, startup and SME businesses, with deep corporate finance, FP&A and project finance expertise.

He leads sell-side mandates, business valuations and transaction support for UAE SMEs, from teasers, information memoranda and investor outreach to DCF and revenue-multiple models. He also oversees project finance, development budgets, construction drawdowns, lender reporting, and the controls and SOPs that stand up to due diligence.
